SG Mandiri is a well growth wrecks selling company which has 27 employees and can make 50 to 60 transactions in a day. Beside selling, buying, and managing employee, SG Mandiri also giving a service to their employees and customers in lending money with low interest. Employee and transaction management used the manual way, so it made the process long and hard to monitor. The transaction data that have been done was saved to books, and to check the transaction history took a lot of effort. The other problem occurred when recording and monitoring the employee’s attendance data. Also it is a problem when recording and monitoring the lending and its installment payment, the manual process made the installment payments history hard to monitor especially when there were many lending case that still running. This company need a management information system software which can handle their problems. In this thesis, the web application management information system using Model View Controller method is built. This information system records and recaps transaction data, records and monitors employee’s attendances, also saves and controls lending data and its installment payment. Based on the testing result, it concludes that the system can store and print the transaction data, structurally record and monitor employee’s attendaces, also save and monitor the installment payments that have been done. The company’s owner and the secretary stated that the application can help the processes and make the activity easier
