| dc.description | Hot Plate Magnetic Stirrer adalah peralatan laboratorium yang digunakan untuk
memanaskan dan mengaduk larutan satu dengan larutan lain yang bertujuan untuk
membuat suatu larutan homogen dengan bantuan pengadukan batang magnet (stir
bar). modul ini menggunakan microcontroller ATMega16 sebagai
kontrol/pengendali dari setiap proses kerja alat. Di dalam alat ini microcontroller
mengontrol suhu, timer dan kecepatan motor yang setting dari modul diatur melalui
sebuah tombol. Untuk sensor suhu yang digunakan pada alat adalah sensor LM35
yang bisa mendeteksi suhu -55 sampai +150 derajat celcius. Heater yang digunakan
adalah heater rice cooker dengan daya 63 Watt.
Prinsip kerja modul ini menggunakan hubungan antara dua magnet yaitu magnet
yang dihubungkan pada motor dan magnet (stir bar) yang dimasukkan dalam
wadah gelas yang berisi larutan kimia. Stir bar tidak akan bereaksi dengan larutan
apapun karena stir bar dibungkus dengan materi khusus, misalnya teflon. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Hot Plate Magnetic Stirrer is a laboratory tool that is used to heat and stir the
solution with another solution which aims to create a homogeneous solution with
the aid of magnetic stirring rod (stir bar). This tool uses ATmega16 microcontroller
as a control / control of each work process tools. Within this tool microcontroller
controlling the temperature, timer and motor speed settings of the devices are set
via a button. For the temperature sensor used on the appliance is LM35 sensor
which can detect the temperature of -55 to +150 degrees Celsius. Heater that used
is the air heater with a power of 250 Watt.
The working principle of this tool using the relationship between the two magnets
are magnets which are connected to the motors and magnets (stir bar) is entered
in a glass container containing a chemical solution. Stir bar will not react with
any solution because the stir bar is wrapped with a special material, such as
