This research aims at analyzing the ifluence of the Profit sharing level and the interest rate (BI Rate) toward the amount of funds of the overall balanceof time deposits on Islamic Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) Prima Artha Sleman, D.I.Yogyakarta. Both the customers and permanent members will consider the percentage of profit sharing to save their funds in related sharia financial institutions. It is inversely proportional with the sharia financial institution (Sharia banks and BMT?KJKS). To determine the profit sharing level, it must be adjusted with the income and does not refer to the BI rate standard. The research type is quantitative research with the data used is the secondary data. This research uses multiple linier regression in which in testing the influence of profit sharing level and interest rate (BI rate) using the test coefficient hypothesis, simultaneous significance test (F test), determination (adjusted R2), and individual parameter signifiicance test (t statistical test)to test the influence of two X variable which is the overall fund balance toward Islamic Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) Prima Artha Sleman, D.I.Yogyakarta during the period of 2011-2015 which is in accordance with the data collection technique. This research aims to show that the profit sharing level variable has a positive ijnfluence toward the number of depositors’ fund. Meanwhile, the BI rate does not have any influence toward the number of depositors’ fund at Islamic Financial Services Cooperative (KJKS) Prima Artha Sleman.
