Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) is one of the tests that must be faced by medical students, where in OSCE student skills to exam. The results of this exam is influenced by many factors one of which is intelligence, there are three intelligence that is spiritual intelligence, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence Zohar and Marshall (2002) have agreed to put spiritual intelligence as the highest intellect on emotional intelligence and intellect. In this studi aims to determine whether there is a relationship between Spiritual Intelligence with OSCE values Students Studi Program Medical Education Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Methods: The design of this study was observational analytic study with crosssectional. The population in this study is a medical student in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta.in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 with a sample of 88 students. Spritiual intelligence was measured using a SISRI 24 with the total number of questions 24 items. Result: Correlation test results showed a significant positive correlation between spiritual intelligence with OSCE values (r = +0.630, p = 0.000, p <0.01).Student with higher spiritualintelligence score, the result of OSCE also higher.
