A greenhouse experiment was conducted to study, the influence of bio-slurry fertilizer on geowth and yield of Caisim (Brassica juncea L.) from January – March 2016. Thus research aims was to know and determine the suitable doses of bio-slurry on growth and yield of Caisim (Brassica juncea L. ) The research was done in expeminental method, arranged in randomized, completly design consist of 5 treatments and 5 replikacion per each treatments. The treatments are : A = 10 ton/hectare of manure B = 5 ton/hectare of bio-slurry C = 7.5 ton/hectare of bio-slurry D = 10 ton/hectare of bio-slurry E = 12.5 ton/hectare of bio-slurry The result showed that (1) bio-slurry was abble to substitute manure on Caisim cultivation,(2) Application of 12,5 ton/hectare gave the higher yield of Caisim
