Menstruation is a natural process that occurs in woman. Menstruation is process of release of the uterus wall (endometryum) accompanied by a a regular and normal bleeding every month from uterus as sign that organ has matured. When menstruation, the body predisposed to produce more sweat, oil, and other body fluids. So when menstruation womah should keep her hygiene, especially the female reproductive organs, vagina’s health (Kusmiran, 2012). Mother’s role is very important in educate or give information her daughter about menstruation, mother has an important position and centre for grow and swell her childs especially her daughter about menstruation (Hawari, 2007). The study used quantitative research using non experimental method with cross sectional design. Data sampling using total sampe, with 30 students in SDN 1 Padokan that already menstruate while the instrument of the research using questionnaires. Data analysis in this research using Spearman’s Rho. 14 respondents (46,7%) had mother’s role in good level and 17 respondents (56,7%) had a good level of hygiene behavior. Data analysis show that p value 0,000 lower than 0,05 (p<0,05) with the correlation coefficient r 0,742. There are correlation between mother’s role agains hygiene behavior of adolescence who menstruate in SDN 1 Padokan
