FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPATUHAN IBU HAMIL MENGKONSUMSI TABLET FE DI PUSKESMAS GAMPING 2
Abstract
Maternal mortality rate is still high because of anemia during pregnancy. The success of a program providing iron tablet made by the government to combat anemia is strongly influenced by the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablet but there are still pregnant women who are poorly compliant because do not understand the benefits of tablet Fe, lazy to consume can nausea, and forgotten. Objective: The aim of this study to determine the factors that influence compliance pregnant women consume iron tablet in Puskesmas Gamping2. Methodology: The study is quantitative descriptive. This study population is pregnant women at Puskesmas Gamping 2 with a sample of 83 people with accidental sampling. The data analysis is univariate frequency distribution. Results: The results showed that the factors that influence compliance pregnant women consume Fe tablet based on the categories of knowledge that is good 10 people(12.0%), enough 27 people(32.5%), and less 46 people(55.4%). By category motivation that is good 56 persons(67.5%), enough 21 people(25.3%), and less 6 people(7.2%). By category that is good family support 33 people (39.8%), enough 13 people(15.7%), and less 37 people(44.6%). By category ANC is good 44 people(53.0%), enough 18 people(21.7%), and less 21 persons(25.3%). By category Fe tablet effect is little effect 79 people(95.2%) and many effect 4 people(4.8%). Conclusions: Factors that influence adherence pregnant women consume iron tablet that is the knowledge, motivation, family support, ANC, and the effect of Fe tablet.
