STRATEGI PROMOSI PT BIMA MULTI FINANCE YOGYAKARTA DALAM MENARIK MINAT BELI KONSUMEN UNTUK MEMILIH JASA PEMBIAYAAN TAHUN 2015(Analisis Deskriptif-Kualitatif Mengenai Strategi Promosi PT Bima Multi Finance Yogyakarta dalam Menarik Minat Beli Konsumen Memilih Jasa Pembiayaan)
Abstract
As the time grows, the private companies which engaged in the field of financial services has grown specifically which is causing business competition between one company and another companies. In a company which engaged in the field of financial services has many chalengges to be faced, among them are, how the company makes a few step of the promotion strategy to achieve the original purpose of planning the promotion and running effectively to consumer interest as the company targeted. Therefore, the company should have the appropriate promotional strategies so that the company can inform services to prospective customers, able to attract customers to decide to use the services of the company, could know the customers taste. Based on that, the researcher quite interested in conducting the research with the tittle “The Promotion Strategy of PT. Bima Multi Finance Yogyakarta to Attract the Consumers Interest to Choose the Financial Services in 2015”. The method of this research is Descriptive with the qualitative approach. The location of this research is at Branch Offices of PT Bima Multi Finance, Jl. Goden KM 7,5 Yogyakarta. The informant of this research is The Marketing Manager itself, Manager of the Branch Offices, and also the consumers. The methods of collecting the data itself, the researcher using interviews method and also documentation. The technique of data analyze using gathered data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
The result of this thesis, shows that in order to run the promotion strategy of PT. Bima Multi Finance, they have to dividing the segmentation, targeting and positioning. Then proceed with the steps such as, advertising, refine the questioner and follow up the consumer, as well as using a mix of promotional advertising, sales promotion, individuals sales, and information from mouth to mouth. Until now, the promotion strategy which being used is quite succesfull, it is seen from the rising graph of consumers every month during 2015
