HUBUNGAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Organizational culture can be an identity and strength to the organizations. Human resource is one of the most important values for organizational culture. There are many kind of research about organizational culture and the factors which influenced organizational culture. BKKBN Perwakilan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta is a government organization which have a big part to control the population. They have participative culture as organizational culture showed by organization are open to critics, suggestions and opinions from their employee. The purpose of this research is to examine relationship between Participative organizational culture and employee job satisfaction in BKKBN Perwakilan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
The type of research method is quantitative approach with Likert scale quesionaire as the data collection technique which allotted to fifty employees of the organization. Researcher using Rank Order Spearman to calculate correlation coefficient. The result of this research indicate that there is positive relationship between organizational culture and employees job satisfaction in BKKBN Perwakilan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
