This research to discuss about condition of information technology governance at the biro System Information University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This reaserch aims to determine the extent to which Biro System Information University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta have implemented good Information Technology governance. This research focused only the two dominant Control Objective for Information and realated Technologi (COBIT) 4.1 while Deliver and Support 5 (DS5) and Plan and Organise 3 (PO3). Whilst the instrument rated by questionnaire and interview. The two method is based on the Model COBIT 4.1 at each level. The questionnaire this was done in the two stages, the first step is a questionnaire the prioriy intended to get the process of Information Technology frequently used in the Biro System Information in UMY, the second stage the maturity level of intended to know the level ripeness information technology at Biro System Information. After writer know the level ripeness at the Biro System Information hence writers can recommended better to be applied in Biro System Information University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta
