| dc.description | Rem adalah salah satu sistem terhadap gokart karena digunakan untuk kenyamanan dan keselamatan pengendara saat dijalan agar mendapatkan pengereman yang baik. Geometri roda adalah penyetelan sudut sepeti chamber, steering axis incination, caster, toe angle dan turning radius. Untuk menghasilkan stabilitas kendaraan. dan untuk menyetabilkan sistem kemudi.
Proses pembuatan gokart ini meliputi perancangan, pembuatan sistem pengereman dan geometri roda. Mesin yang digunakan adalah mesin 4 langkah berkapasitas 150cc dengan pembutan sistem pengereman yang aman dan mampu menahan kecepatan tinggi kendaraan. Dan ketelitian geometri roda agar sistem kemudi dapat stabil.
Sistem pengereman saat pengujian pada jarak 50 m dihasilkan berhenti pada jarak 8 m, jarak 100 m dihasilkan berhenti pada jarak 20 m, jarak 150 m dihasilkan berhenti pada jarak 31 m, dan pada jarak 200 m dihasilkan berhenti pda jarak 43 m. Sistem geomtri roda adalah untuk menghasilkan stabilitas kendaraan. Menentukan sudut geometri harus sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada. Karena sudut yang diperlukan sebesar 1o sampai 3o. | en_US |
