      Abstract
      The research aims to know whether Economic Growth, Local Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) significantly affect the allocation of Capital Expenditure in the District and City in the province of North Maluku. The research method use is descriptive method using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of North Maluku. The analysis of the study uses multiple linear regression analysis which uses SPSS (Statistics Product and Service Solution) Version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that economic growth is significant negative effect on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget, local revenues significant positive effect on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget, the general allocation fund significant positive effect on the allocation of the capital expenditure budget, and special allocation funds positive effect on the budget allocation capital expenditure.
