This research aimed at learning the profile, management and participation level on Farmer Women Association (KWT) An-Naba located in Padukuhan Gamping Lor, Ambarketawang Village, Kecamatan Gamping, Kabupaten Sleman. The research method used was descriptive analysis. The respondents were determined with census method towards all 20 KWT members. The data collected with interview and observation method. The research result indicated that the participation of the KWT An-Naba members in the member meeting activity which was the routine meeting was categorized as not really active. The participation of the members in the meeting activity during training was in active category. The participation of KWT An-Naba members in the savings and loan activity; saving, borrowing money, and returning the loan, was in active category. The participation of KWT An-Naba members in production activity individually was in the category of not really active. The participation of the members in production activity as a group was in active category. The participation of KWT An-Naba members in marketing activity both through shops or bazaar and exhibition was in active category.
