      Abstract
      ASEAN is an Intergovernmental organization in Southeast Asia Which has 10 states as its members. During the history, ASEAN member states have been cooperating each other to make better southeast Asia. The cooperation among ASEAN member states does not focus on economic only, but also on security and socio cultural aspects. However, in the case of internal affairts, ASEAN could not do the real actions in helping domestic affairs its members such as Myanmar's democratization. It is because principle of non-interference that ASEAN has been applied towards its members.
