China is a country that is very active in utilizing water resources in the Mekong river. it can be viewed by the acton of China in building dams in Yunnan province as a clean energy. Clean energy from hydropower is generating new poblems such as the problems of environment, fish immigration, and flooding. So China should look for appropriate steps in solving the problem. China got a lot of critims from downstream countries regarding the exploitation of water for establishing clean energy.
