      Abstract
      The use of infusion manually to determine the number of drops to be administered to the patient and the calculations manually, the way it goes certainly far from accuracy level is therefore needed a tool that scroll regulator drip infusion can be used automatically. The method used is the type of research preksperimental One Group Post Test Design. In the study design only see results without measuring its previous state. The results of measurements 5% to 15 drops per minute election, election 0133% to 30 drops per minute and 12:04% to 45 drops per minute election. After making the process study of literature, planning, experiment, module manufacturing, pengulian tools and data collection in general it can be concluded that the regulating device with a scroll electronic infusion can be used and in accordance with the planning.
