Its hence meant to contribute as rectifying measures to check the cause of hardship and social corruption most especially in Africa. This paper fully focused on Nigeria as a case study as an exemplary template of third world country's economy. The aims and objectives therein summed up some proposals due to incessant nature of economic problems to probably conques the future economic shortcomings locally and internationally . In a nutshell, a number of countries in the region have already initiated a wide - array of macroearly rewards of their efforts. For those countries, the main challenge is to accelerate the momentum of reform and continue to build on the progress they have achieved. On the other hand, for the countries that are lagging behind, it is important to grab the opportunity and embark on a steady course of appropriacte policy reform so as not to become marginalized in the world economy.en_US
