ANALISIS PENGARUH WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT, BURNOUT DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN ASRI MEDICAL CENTER YOGYAKARTA (Study pada karyawan Asri Medical Center Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze how much influence work-family conflict, burnout, and job stress toward job performance at Asri Medical Center Yogyakarta. This research was conducted at Asri Medical Cener Yogyakarta and the respondents of this study are employees of AMC Yogyakarta.
Characteristics of respondents in this study are employees who have a family and have worked for more than 1 year. The number of respondents used in this study was 59. The data used is primary data and data collection techniques using survey techniques with questionnaire. Data analysis tools in this study using multiple linear regression using SPSS software.
The results showed a partial relationship is work-family conflict relationship with employee performance results are not significant, burnout relationship with employee performance results are negative significant and job stress relationship with employee performance results are negative significant
