PENGARUH CITRA PASAR TERHADAP WORDS OF MOUTH (WOM) MELALUI KEGEMBIRAAN PELANGGAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Pada Kebun Buah MangunanYogyakarta)
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the extent of the influence of the image of the market against the Word Of Mouth through the excitement as mediation variables the study on Orchard mangunan. This research was conducted in the orchards and mangunan of Yogyakarta city and become the respondents in this study is the whole community who've done visit diwisata Orchard mangunan.
Characteristics of respondents in this study is a society that has done visit diwisata Orchard mangunan. The number of respondents that were used in this research is 140. The type of the data being used is the primary data and data collection techniques using the technique of survey with questionnaire tools. data analysis in this research using SPSS 19.
Based on the results of the analysis of the obtained results has done that affects the market image of the excitement of customers, market image of influence against the Positive Word Of Mouth, customer excitement effect on Positive Word Of Mouth, the excitement customers mediate the influence of the image of the market against the Positive Word Of Mouth.
