dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi bersaing industri kerajinan anyaman rotan di Kabupaten Majalengka di tengah menghadai MEA dan ACFTA. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha kerajinan anyaman rotan skala menengah dan skala atas yang ada di industri kerajinan anyaman rotan di Kabupaten Majalengka. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik populasi sebanyak 46 responden berada di wilayah Desa Leuwilaja dan 20 responden berada di wilaya Desa Mindi Kabupaten Majalengka. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Metode analisis SWOT, analisis QSPM dan analisis PLC.
Bedasarkan metode analisis SWOT, diperoleh bahwa sentra industri kerajinan anyaman rotan di Kabupaten Majalengka memasuki kuadran 1 yang artinya memanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin kekuatan dan peluang yang ada, yang kedua bedasarkan matriks IE sentra indusri kerajinan anyaman rotan masuk dalam posisi kelas V dengan strategi pengembangan produk, perluasan pasar, joint venture, serta meningkatkan pelayanan dan ketiga hasil metode analisis QSPM menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang harus dilakukan oleh sentra industri kerajinan anyaman rotan adalah pengembangan produk. Sementra daur hidup sentra industri kerajinan anyaman rotan memasuki fase penurunan bedasarkan metode analisis PLC. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to analyze the competing strategies of rattan wicker craft industry in Majalengka in facing MEA and ACFTA. The subject of this study was medium scale and top scale rattan wicker craft industries in Majalengka. As population 46 respondends were from Leuwilaja, and 20 respondents were from Mindi village. Analysis tools were used for this study were SWOT analysis method ,QSPM and PLC analysis method.
According in to SWOT analysis method, the industrial center of rattan in Majalengka categorized in quadrant 1, whinch means they tend to utilize their strengths and opportunities they possible. Futhermore according have to the matrix of IE, the rattan wicker craft industry categorized in point V with product development strategy, market expansion, joint venture and service improvement. Based on the result of QSPM analysis method it showed that product development strategy should carried out by the craft industries. And the lifecycle of wicker craft industries was in decline phase according to PLC analysis method. | en_US |
