This study aim to know the effects of happiness, work autonomy to work productivity. The author using website programmer and graphic desain as an subject. The object on this study is Netindo Solution Group based on Yogyakarta. This study using purposive sampling as an method. This study conclude there’s an positive effect between happiness and work autonomy on work productivity.
