      Abstract
      This research discussed the situation of sub-district economy in Banjarnegara from 2010 to 2014 by using the analysis of Economic Growth, Location Quotient (LQ), Williamson Index, and Klassen Typology. There were two variables used in this research, Gross Regional Domestic Product per capita in sub-district and Gross Regional Domestic Product per capita in district of Banjarnegara. This research is aimed to find out the sub-district classification based on the level of economic growth and Gross Regional Domestic Product per capita, find the leading sector of each sub-district, and calculate the magnitude of inequality in each sub-district in Banjarnegara. The secondary data from Banjarnegara Central Bureau of Statistics were used in this research. The result of this research which based on the analysis of economic growth showed that the sub-districts in Banjarnegara relatively have the stable level. Then based on the LQ analysis, each sub-district in Banjarnegara has the leading sector which tends to vary and consistent during the research period. The level of inequality between districs in banjarnegara included in the low to medium category, namely between 0.016 to 0.319. While Klassen Typology signified that the sub-districts which increase and grow fast were Purworejo Klampok, Banjarnegara, and Madukara. The sub-districts that increase but obstructed were Sigaluh, Pejawaran, and Batur. Susukan, Mandiraja, Purwanegara, Bawang, Banjarmangu, Wanandadi, Rakit, Karangkobar, Pagentan, and Kalibening included to the sub-districts which increase fast. Whereas Pagedongan, Punggelan, Wanayasa, and Pandanarum were indicated as the sub-districts that relatively underdeveloped.
