| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Profitabilitas,
Likuiditas, Leverage dan Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen.
Obyek dalam penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di
Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009 sampai dengan 2014. Penelitian ini
menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan 113 sampel. Alat analisis yang
digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan E Views 7.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif
dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan
signifikan terhada kebijakan dividen. Leverage, kepemilikan manajerial dan
kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan

| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage
and ownership structure to dividend policy. The object of this research are
manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2009 to
2014. This study using purposive sampling and obtained 113 sample. Analysis
tool used in this study is multiple linier regression with using E Views 7.
The result of this study indicate that profitability has positive and
significant influence to dividend policy. Liquidity has negative and significant
influence to dividend policy. Leverage, institutional ownership and managerial
ownership has no significant effect to dividend policy. | en_US |
