Sejak pecah dari Uni Soviet Rusia mengalami perkembangan dari segi politik luar negeri karena tendensi politik tertentu dari aktor dalam negerinya. Negara pecahan Uni Soviet ini memainkan peran penting dalam setiap keikutsertaannya di organisasi internasional. Salah satu organisasi tersebut adalah The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), yang beranggotakan negara-negara eks-Soviet. Enam dari dua belas negara anggota merupakan negara Asia Tengah, karena hal tersebut Asia Tengah menjadi wilayah yang penting bagi perkembangan The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). | dc.description.abstract | Russia is one of the biggest power in the world. Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russia is experiencing the development in terms of foreign policy because of the tendency of certain political actors in the country. This former Soviet Union played an important role in any of its participation in international organizations. One of the organization is The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which consists of the countries of the ex-Soviets. Six of the twelve Member States of the CIS is the Central Asian State, because of it Central Asia become a region that is important for the development of The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
