PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEADILAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA
Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence motivation and fairness of compensation to performance. The sample in this study were all employees of the PT. SINAR SOSRO office Yogyakarta by distributing questionnaires by 55 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis.
The results showed first achievement needs positive and significant impact on performance. Both need to power no significant effect on performance. The third requirement is affiliated no significant effect on performance. Fourth equity compensation positive and significant impact on performance.
