This study aims to analyze the influence of The Work Environment. Work Discipline and Performance of Employees. The subject used in this study The Village Hall Sambong Subdistrict Punggelan Banjarnegara District. In this study using a sample population of 38 respondents, they were whole emplyees in the office of the vilagge of Sambong. Analysis tool used was SPSS statistics. Based on the analysis that have been made the results of the analysis that has beeb performed, the obtained results that work and disciplined work environment positive and significant effect against the performance of employees.
