This studyaimed toanalyze the effect offirm sizevariables, AgeBusiness Listing, Ownership Dispersion, profitability, size of theBoard of Commissioners and Laverage against Broad Disclosure of Corporate Governance. This studyusing purposive sampling methodto determine the sample. Data obtainedbased on thepublicationofthe Annual Report and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The research sampleis a manufacturing companyin Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2013 with a sample of 32 companies with 160 data. The analysis technique used ismultiple linearanalysis.
