The company was builded to maximixing the wealth of their owner or their stokeholders. The company’s goal can be achieved by maximizing the firm value. The company was builded to Maximixing the wealth of their owner or their stokeholders. The company’s goal can be achieved by maximizing the firm value the higher is the wealth of the company’s owner. The purpose of this research out the impact of some variables such as profitability, growth and size effect to Firm Value on companies that listed in BEI period 2010-2014. Purposive sampling method was used in sampling. This research was using 2010-2014 as the period of observation and using Linear Regression Analysis as the Analysis technique and 252 companies were used as sample. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Laporan Keungan Tahunan BEI 2010-2014. The result showed that profitability has positive significant impact on firm value, growth has positive not significant impact on Firm Value and size has postitive not signifikan on firm value
