| dc.description | AEW1 is a derived synthetic compound. This compound is the synthesis
product of pyridin-2-carbaldehyde and 2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone without
solvent with K2CO3 catalyst using microwave method. AEW1 has antiinflammatory
activity with percentage of Anti-Inflammatory 50.05 ± 16.244% not
much different from Ibuprofen antiinflammatory drugs. This study was conducted
to determine the dose of effectiveness ED50 of this compound.
This study used induced paw edema method, which measured edema at rat
foot with. The test used animals were Wistar rats. A total of 25 rats, divided into 5
groups. Group I: negative control(CMC-Na 0.5%). Group II: compound
comparing diclofenac sodium dose 13.5 mg / KgBB. Group III, IV, V: AEW1at
doses of 50; 100 and 200mg / KgBB. The result of edema volume measurement
was calculated value of Area Under Curve (AUC) and % anti inflammatory, then
data were analyzed to know the difference between groups. In the treatment
group, anti-inflammatory and logarithmic doses made a linear regression curve
to determine the ED50value.
The result of this research get linear equation y = 29x - 19.20 with value
of R² or linearity is 0.997. From the linear regression equation of compound
AEW1 an ED50 value of 243.33mg / KgBB. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Senyawa AEW1 adalah senyawa sintesis turunan kalkon. Senyawa ini
merupakan hasil sintesis dari senyawa piridin-2-karbaldehid dan 2,5-
dihidroksiasetofenon tanpa pelarut dengan katalis K2CO3 menggunakan metode
microwave. Senyawa AEW1diketahui memiliki aktivitas antiinflamasi dengan
persentase Daya Anti Inflamasi sebesar 50,05±16,244 % tidak berbeda jauh
dengan obat antiinflamasi Ibuprofen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui
dosis efektivitas ( senyawa ini.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode induced paw edema yaitu mengukur
edema pada telapat pada telapak kaki tikus. Hewan uji yang digunakan adalah
tikus jantan galur Wistar. Sebanyak 25 ekor tikus, dibagi dalam 5 kelompok.
Kelompok I: kontrol negatif (CMC-Na 0.5%). Kelompok II: senyawa pembanding
natrium diklofenak dosis 13,5 mg/KgBB. Kelompok III, IV, V: Senyawa AEW1
dengan dosis 50; 100 dan 200mg/KgBB. Hasil pengukuran volume edema
dihitung nilai Area Under Curve (AUC) dan % daya antiinflamasi, kemudian
data dianalisis untuk mengetahui perbedaan antar kelompok. Pada kelompok
perlakuan, % daya antiinflamasi dan logaritma dosis dibuat kurva regresi linear
untuk menentukan nilai
Hasil penelitian mendapatkan persamaan linear y = 29x - 19.20 dengan
nilai R² atau linearitas adalah 0.997. Dari persaman regresi linear senyawa AEW1
