| dc.description | Background: Information technology governance is a way of managing information technology
and information systems to be optimally utilized in running an organization's business. Bureau of
Information Systems University Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is a bureau responsible for
implementing and providers of information technology and information systems at Universstas
Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
Objective: To know the current state of information technology governance implementation, to
know the extent to which the implementation of CSF and KPI, and to provide recommendation for
improvement and improvement of information technology governance at BSI UMY.
Method: The qualitative method was conducted with questionnaire and interview with question
which have been determined based on the priority of information technology process at BSI
UMY. The reference used in the retrieval there is the COBIT framework 4.1.
Results: From the questionnaires and interviews that have been done then got the value for each
IT process is PO2 = 2.20, PO8 = 2.11, and PO10 = 2.41. As for the implementation of CSF and
KPI has not been applied according to the reference.
Conclusion: It is known that the process of information technology that is currently running on
BSI UMY still repeatable but intuitive level 2 which means it has done but do not have a guide in
writing and still be based on intuition and best practice. As for the implementation of CSF and

| dc.description.abstract | Latar Belakang: tata kelola teknologi informasi merupakan tata cara mengelola teknologi
informasi dan sistem informasi agar dapat dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin dalam menjalankan
bisnis organisasi. Biro Sistem Informasi Univeristas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta merupakan biro
yang bertanggung jawab sebagai pelaksana dan penyedia teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi
pada Universstas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
Tujuan: Mengatahui kondisi terkini penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang berjalan,
Mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan CSF dan KPI, serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dan
peningkatan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada BSI UMY.
Metode: Dilakukan penelitian dengan metode kualitatif dengan kuisioner dan wawancara dengan
pertanyaan yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan prioritas proses teknologi informasi pada BSI UMY.
Acuan yang digunakan dalam pengambilan ada adalah framework COBIT 4.1.
Hasil: Dari kuisioner dan wawancara yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan nilai untuk masingmasing
proses TI adalah PO2 = 2.20, PO8 = 2.11, dan PO10 = 2.41. Sedangkan untuk penerapan
CSF dan KPI belum diterapkan sesuai acuan.
Kesimpulan: Dapat diketahui bahwa proses teknologi informasi yang saat ini berjalan pada BSI
UMY masih berada level 2 repeatable but intuitive yang berarti telah dilakukan namun tidak
memiliki panduan secara tertulis dan masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi dan best practice.
Sedangkan untuk penerapan CSF dan KPI belum diterapkan pada proses teknologi informasi yang
