This research is intended to analyze debt to equity ratio, Return On Equity, and Devident Payout Ratio to the value of the company in the manufacturing company listed on the stock exchange. The sample is manufacturing company listed on the stock exchange. The data that be used is unbalenced panel and this data has 151. This research use multiple linear regression. The results of this research showed debt to equity ratio has significant effect on stock value, Return On Equity has significant effect on stock valu, Devident Payout Ratio significantly on stock value
