The objective of this research is to analyze of managerial owneship, institutional ownership, profitability, asset growth, firm size, and liquidity on companies capital structure that listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2010-2015. On this research obtained a sampel of 216 with a period of observation for 6 years. Data analysis techniques that used in this research is multiple linier regression. The result of this research show that variable managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability, and liquidity have negatif significantly effect on the capital structure of the company. As for the variable growth of assets, adn size of the company’s have positif significantly effect on the capital structure of the company. The result in this study shows the value of adjusted R square of 30.7%
