ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABLE INTERVENING
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership and Compensation on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as intervening variable (Study of Nurse PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital). Subjects in this study were nurses in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Sleman. In this study, a total of 177 nurses were all used as respondents using the census method. The analyzer used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), which is operated through AMOS 22 program.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the result shows that leadership has significant effect on organizational commitment, the compensation has significant effect to organizational commitment, organizational commitment has significant effect on employee performance, leadership has no effect on employee performance, compensation significantly influence employee performance, organizational commitment mediate significantly the influence of leadership on employee performance and organizational commitment does not mediate the leadership's impact on employee performance.
