| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, kebijkan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2012-2015.
Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 111 perusahaan. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software EViews. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan,leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, dividend policy and firm size to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange period of 2012-2015 period.
Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study as many as 111 companies. Analytical techniques in this study using multiple linear regression with the help of software EViews. The result of this research prove that profitability have significant influence to firm value, leverage have negative effect and not significant to firm value, dividend policy have positive and significant influence to firm value, firm size have positive and significant influence to company value. | en_US |
