PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This research aims to analayze the influence of job satisfaction to the turnover intention with the organizational commitment as an intervening variabel survey at AKAR JATI Company in south Margomulyo. Subject in this research was the employees at AKAR JATI Company in south Margomulyo. In this research, the sample used 115 respondents were selected using surveys. Data analysis technique used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with AMOS vesion 22 software.
Based on the analysis that have been made the results the influence of job satifaction to turnover intention were negative and significant. Job satisfaction to te organisational commitment were positive and significant. Job satisfaction to turnover intention were negative and significant. And also job satisfaction to turnover intention were negative through mediation of organisational commitment at AKAR JATI in south Margomulyo.
