      Abstract
      This study aims to test empirically the influence of perceptions of trust, perception of usefulness, perceptions of convenience, perceptions of risk, perceptions of security and perception of privacy to the interests of users of e-commerce transaction system on Accounting Students University Muhammadiyah Yogyakatra. The population used is the students, the sample used is the active student S1 Accounting Department Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in the even semester who ever made an online sale and purchase transactions. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling method. Data processing using SPSS 21.0. Based on the analysis that has been done from the six proposed hypotheses, four hypotheses are accepted and two hypotheses are rejected. Hypotheses on perceptual variables of trust, perception of usefulness, perceptions of convenience, perception of privacy are accepted whereas perceptions of security and risk perceptions are rejected.
