dc.description.abstract | This reseach is conducted to discover the performance difference on employees with high level of education to lower lever of education, employees with and without working experience, and gender difference at KJKS Koto Salak.
The object of this study is KJKS Koto Salak with total sampling technique and primary data. Primary data is gained by handing out questioners to respondents.
