| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijkan dividen, leverage, profitabilitas, dan kepemilikan institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2012-2015.
Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 112 perusahaan.. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software EViews. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, laverage berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negtif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to analyze the influence of dividend policy,laverage profitability, and institusional ownership of the firm value on manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2012-2015.
The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 112 samples. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression with EViews. The results of this study prove that dividend policy of positive and significant effect on firm value.laverage has no significant effect on firm value, profitability positive and institutional ownership has no significant effect on firm value. | en_US |
