ANALISIS PENGARUH SUASANA TOKO, PROMOSI DAN PELAYANAN PRAMUNIAGA TERHADAP PEMBELIAN IMPULSIF DI MIROTA KAMPUS YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Store Atmosphere, Promotion and Sales Service to impulse buying at Mirota Kampus Yogyakarta. The object of this research is Mirota Kampus branch Godean Yogyakarta. While the subject in this research is Consumer Mirota Campus branch Godean Yogyakarta.
This study used 115 selected samples using Non Probability Sampling Technique through Purposive Sampling method with criteria of at least 17 years old and had made a purchase in Mirota Kampus branch Godean Yogyakarta more than once. Analyzer used is Multiple Regression Test which operated using SPSS 22.0 program.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the results obtained that the store atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on impulsive purchases, the promotion has a positive and significant impact on impulsive purchases and service salesperson has a positive and significant impact on impulsive purchases
