| dc.description | Investor menggunakan perusahaan sebagai alat memaksimalkan kemakmurannya. Tujuan tersebut bergantung kepada kemampuan perusahaan memaksimalkan nilai perusahaannya. Baiknya nilai perusahaan akan berpengaruh kepada investor dengan meningkatnya taraf kemakmuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Kebijakan Hutang terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 36 perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2009 – 2014. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terahdap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Kebijakan Hutang berpenaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Investor use the firms as a tools to guarantee their affluence. Investor’s purpose depends on firms ability to maximize their firm value.Good firm value would affect the investor by increasing their wealth. This research was to analyze the influence of Dividen d Policy, Profitability, Liquidity and Debt Policy to Firm Value. Sample of this research was used 36 food and beverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in pereriod of 2009-2014. Analyze technique of this research is multiple linear regression.
Based on the research there is no influence between Dividend Policy and Firm Value, Profitability affects Firm Value with positive and significant, there is no influence beetween Liquidity and Firm Value, Debt Policy affects Firm Value with negative and significant. | en_US |
