This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, asset structure, dividend policy, investment opportunity set, sales growth, and non-debt tax shield on capital structure at manufacturing companies listed in BEI period 2012-2015. Sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study as many as 96 companies .. The technique of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression with the help of software EViews. The results of this study prove that profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, asset structure has no effect on capital structure, dividend policy has an effect on capital structure, investment opportunity set influence to capital structure, sales growth influence to capital structure, and non-debt tax shield has no effect to the capital structure.
