This research explain the influence of profitability, firm size, and liquidity to the firm value with capital structure as the intervening variable on manufacture companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange periode 2012-2016. Study sample as many 58 manufatures companies sector and selected based on the purposive sampling. Analysis of data using path analysis test with the program SPSS 16 and Eviews 7. The result proved that profitability, liquidity, and capital structure has positive and significant to firm value, while the firm size does not affect the firm value. Profitability and liquidity has negative and significant effect on the capital structure, while the firm size has positive and significant effect on the capital structure. Profitability and liquidity has negative and significant effect on the firm value with a capital structure as an intervening variable, while the firm size has positive and significant effect on the firm value with a capital structure as an intervening variable.
