The purposes of this research are the effects of growth, profitability, capital structure to firm’s value of manufacture companies which are listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2011-2016. The sample of the study was taken by using purposive sampling technique. Analytical techniques data are analyzed by using multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of this study showed that variable growth has no effect on firm value, profitability has positive and significant effect on firm value and capital structure has negative and not significant effect on firm value
