This study aims to identify the influence of attitudes, motivation, personality and family environment on entrepreneurship interest in students semester V Management Studies Program Faculty of Economics and Business University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The information obtained in this study is useful for Management Studies Program FEB UMY to better know how much interest of students in entrepreneurship and factors that affect student interest. This research uses quantitative approach method. The data used is primary data with sampling technique non probability sampling that is purposive sampling. Data collection methods using questionnaires and obtained 142 respondents. The analysis technique used for this test is multiple linear regression using SPSS 15.0 software. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is found that from the 4 variables namely attitude, motivation, personality, and family environment all have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneur interest.
