FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI MINAT USAHA KECIL MIKRO DAN MENENGAH (UMKM) DI DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA (DIY) UNTUK MENJADI ANGGOTA BAITULMAL WAT TAMWIL (BMT)
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of knowledge, financial information disclosure, religiosity, employee communication and interpersonal skill on the interest to become the members of Baitulmal Wat Tamwil (BMT). The objects of this research were the owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The processed samples of this research were 58 respondents selected through convenience sampling method. The data analysis was done using SPSS version 15.0 computer program.
The analysis indicates that knowledge, religiosity, employee communication had no effect on the interest to become the members of BMT. Meanwhile, financial information disclosure and interpersonal skill had effect on the interest to become the members of BMT.
