This study aims to analyze the influence ofthe influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The dependent variable used is dividend policy while the independent variables are profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size. The population in this study are on the whole manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, sample of 67 manufacturing companies werw selected using purposive sampling. Analysis tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis that have been made the results are the variable profitability and firm size have positive and significant influence to dividend policy while the liquidity variable has no effect on the dividend policy and the leverage variable has a negative and significant effect on the dividend policy.
