This aim of this research is to analyze the influence of size of firm, liquidity, business risk, tax, growth of asset, and profitability to capital structure. The object of this research is a manufacturing company in Indonesia in stock exchange from 2013-2016. The sampling technique use the purposive sampling method, in order to obtained 248 data. The types of collecting data use the secondary data that is the documentation method from Indonesia stock exchange and use a model of multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this analysis is the Size of Firm and Tax affect positively and significant to the Capital Structure, and Growth of Asset affect positively and not significant to the Capital Structure, while Liquidity, Business Risk, and Profitability affect negatively and significant to the Capital Structure.
