PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research is purposed to analyze the influence of work satistfaction and organizational commitment toward performance of the employee in Ros-In Hotel in Yogyakarta.
The object in this research is Ros-In Hotel in Yogyakarta, whereas the subjects are employees of Ros-In Hotel in Yogyakarta. Amount of sample in this research are 68 (sixty eight) respondents. Sample-taking done by purposive sampling technic. Data analysis done by using double linear regression analysis. Before data analysis is done, firstly there must be instrumental quality testing which contains validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests.
Based on result of the analysis, it shows that both work satisfaction andOrganizational commitment parsially influence significantly towards performance of the employee.
