The village of Tamanan in the administration included in the sub District of Banguntapan and is a village at most over the function of the land. Over the function of land considered as a process that harm if we talking about food. This research aims to know the factors that affect the land over the function in the Village of Tamanan, District Banguntapan, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. In this study, there were as many as 55 sample which is a farmer in the village of Tamanan that had over the function of the land. Analysis tools used are Binary Logistic regression. Based on the results of the research, note that 32 respondents said willing to over the function of the land. Variable number of family and the production cost effect positively and significantly to the land over the function. While the land productivity and income variables farmer effect is negative and significant.
