PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
This study aims to analyze The Influence Of Training On Performance Mediation By Motivation at Health Training Center (BAPELKES) Semarang. Subjects in this study were civil servant Bapelkes Semarang. Methods of data collection in the study using questionnaires given to civil servants. The instrument test technique in this research uses validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression and multiple linear rigression. Analytical tool used is Path Analysis using data if SPSS 16.0.
Based on the analysis, the results show that: 1) Training does not affect the performance. 2) Training has no effect on motivation. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance.
